Okay, ladies... I need your help. My swimsuit is too small. I was going to wait until closer to summer to get a new one, but I don't think I'm going to go down THAT much in size in a month! If I do, then, woo hoo! I'll exchange it. I think that I'm going to just order one from Victoria's Secret because it will be a lot less hassle than shopping for one. You know how much fun that is! I need your help...

Then getting something at the shops for dinner.. slack again today :( Wish I'd made a salad for lunch knowing that I would be eating out tonight!

Breakfast/lunch - Toast and Coffee - 5pts
Dinner - 2x Kebabs =4pts
Potato - 1pt
Carrot - 0pts
Corn on the cob - 0pts
Broccoli - 0pts
Dinner = 5pts

Chips - 4pts :( Had a craving..
A coupla lollies - 3pts

Total = 17pts but bad food..

Wednesday - ( I just realised I still had Tuesday's foodage open and didn't post it..)

Breakfast - 1 slice of bread and butter 2pts
1 muesli bar - 2 pts
1 cup a soup - 1pt
Lunch - Tuna subway - 6pts
Dinner - Noodles in a box.. don't know points
Clinkers - 3pts

Total = 14 plus whatever the noonles were.. Can't find it on Calorie King.. shou;dn't have had take away.. oh well :/

Oh yeah and Wednesday I was up from 5am til 3am.. So like that's 21hours.. soooo tired I'm happy I didn't eat more!

I've been very norti hence i haven't been posting... BUT ... looks like i have no choice but to be good now.....

I am allergic to:
dust mite

I know i dont eat the last three but still :P
So my diet will be QUITE different from now on :/
as of today i weight 100kg at 150cm

tomorrows food

some weird yeast, wheat, nut and soy free cereal with sultanas and lite white milk

an apple

chicken salad with bbq chicken, lettuce, corn, carrot, red spinach, light cheese and light mayo

probably another apple + some sakata rice crackers sour cream and chives

dinner - 3x bbq chicken kebabs, fresh corn on the cob and frozen veggies

i will prolly be a shell of my former self in no time :P Wish me luck!

ok i kow i should know this but i am drawing a blank, so.... what serving of things should u be eating daily??? like fruit and veg and all that stuff i need to start coming up with blanced meals and stuff. also what is soemthing u do to try and motivate urself to exercise i am finding it really had to even get out for a walk. thanx in advance

ok so today i have had 2 toasted ham steak sandwiches with light tasty cheese and bbq sauce and 2 ham sandwiches,3 red snakes and a choc milk using the hot choc which is 99% fat free and the ham was 99& fat free aswell and the bread u used was grainy. i havent had much water today, no exercise coz my head has been killing me.

ok so i haven't been updating or anything coz i have been SOOOOO bad coz i haven't been eating that much of late so i have just eaten what i wanted when i actually felt like eating.
but tomorrow is a new and start of very diffrent day and will continue.i know it is my own fault that i feel like a fat blob and hence the takin actaion plus having a head scan thursday and i might need to change everything in my life anyways so here we go! gunna be really hard but i am gunna give up everything bad cold turkey and once i am past all the craving i will have lil bits of something every now and agian so wish me luck. and i promise i will updatye as to what io eat but don;t expect it to be to much as i am still not eating much. byeeee
